Curriculum
The curriculum for Avid Academy’s Elocution English Class is thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique developmental needs of children, with a focus on equipping them to excel in well-known elocution examinations, such as the Institute of Western Music and Speech (IWMS), The Institute for Examinations in English, Music, and Speech (IEMS), and London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
In addition to exam readiness, our program encourages participation in creative and performance-based events like the BAFA Voice Over Festival , providing a platform for students to showcase their skills in voice modulation, articulation, and expressive speaking.
This comprehensive approach ensures that children are prepared academically and creatively, helping them develop well-rounded communication skills.

- Session 1: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
- Session 2: 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
Age Group:
Our Elocution Program is designed for children aged 4 to 14 years. Upon admission, each child will undergo an initial assessment to determine their current language proficiency and skill level. Based on this assessment, they will be placed in the appropriate class that best suits their learning needs and developmental stage.
After class allocation, a personalized book list will be provided to align with the child’s abilities and curriculum needs. This tailored approach ensures that each child receives the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential in both elocution and overall language development.
